Delivery Area
We deliver within the Auckland region and select areas outside of Auckland. Please review the delivery zones listed below to ensure your order can be fulfilled.
Delivery Schedule
- Sunday and Public Holidays: No deliveries, except on Mother’s Day Sunday or if Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday.
- Same Day Delivery: Available on eligible delivery days for orders placed before 1:00 pm New Zealand time (Pacific/Auckland, including daylight saving). This cutoff applies to delivery only and does not apply to pickup. Pickup remains subject to store opening hours and product preparation time.
- Business Deliveries: Orders must be placed at least one day prior to the delivery date.

For urgent deliveries or specific time frames, please call us at 09 418 3426. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional delivery fees may apply.

All delivery charges are in NZD and include GST. Charges are based on the recipient’s postcode, not the suburb name. The delivery charge and eligibility for the address are confirmed at checkout.
